Currently serving as Contract Inspector for a citywide water infrastructure rehabilitation project in partnership with A.L. Franks Engineering. Responsibilities include overseeing the replacement and rehabilitation of waterlines, water wells, and the city’s primary water tank and tower. Actively managing on-site inspections, contractor coordination, and compliance reporting to ensure all phases meet engineering standards, safety protocols, and project milestones.
Early outcomes include improved system performance and increased community confidence in the city’s long-term water infrastructure.

Currently leading the strategic restructuring and rebranding of the Christian Sports Association, a nonprofit committed to community enrichment through faith-based mentorship programming. Scope of work includes refining the organization’s mission and vision, developing a comprehensive strategic plan, and aligning internal operations with long-term impact goals.
Through collaborative planning, vision casting, and action mapping, this project aims to position the organization for greater clarity, growth, and sustainability in service to its community.
